Personally the Happiness campaign has made me tremendously happy because it put an end to the ‘cola wars’. They were getting tedious to watch and honestly doing nothing to the consumer. It was probably just giving kicks to the management at their month end meetings. The media houses sure walked home very happy.

The Coke Happiness machine was a seed.

  • North of India experienced it.
  • Social media shared it.
  • Marketers and Brand custodians discussed it.
  • Media highlighted it.

What Coke did was it gave us a STORY to tell.

The campaign you just saw took the Coke Happiness message and made it real. It gave Coke some roots.
